Meet our Staff!

Diane Brabetz RN, CPNP, PHN- President/ Owner

As Owner/Administrator of At Home Nursing, I am pleased to introduce you to some of my key staff. I started out after Nursing School as a Public Health Nurse and have always loved being able to advocate for clients and allow them to age at home. I began my Agency so that there would be a locally owned, nurse-managed company in Sonoma County. This is a family-owned company – even our young granddaughter and grandson are a presence in our office!

Les Brabetz, BSEE – Vice President & IT Manager

Les graduated from Johns Hopkins University with an Electrical Engineering degree and held a 20+ year career with companies such as Honeywell, the Naval Academy, Tektronix, and Hewlett-Packard/Agilent. Les provides our agencies with computer support and his technical expertise.

Matt Brabetz – Payroll & Billing

Matt is responsible for all of our Payroll and Billing and our Benefits Programs. Matt went to the SRJC where he was on the soccer team and is currently an Assistant Coach for the Soccer Team. He remains active in both indoor and outdoor soccer leagues. He is a coach for an under 12 yr. Youth Soccer team. Matt has worked with our Agencies since he was a teenager, answering phones, assisting with hiring and then getting into accounting. 

Malinda Brabetz – HR Manager and Employee Relations Specialist

Malinda manages our Hiring and Human Relations for our three Agencies.  She completed her certificate this past year in Human Relations and helps to develop policies and research labor laws for us.  She has worked in our agencies through the years, helping to develop our staffing business. She has worked managing a medical office, worked in the film industry and now is an integral part of managing our office. 

Diane Schwab – Pediatric Staffer, Facility Staffer and On Call Supervisor

Diane joined our Agency in 2005 as an On Call Staffer and worked her way up to managing our staffing department. She supervises our other staffers and oversees our after hour staffers. She maintains all of our authorizations for our pediatric clients and sees that our families are scheduled for their requested time. She also schedules all of our nurses for our school nurse program. And, she is in charge, recruits, hires and orients all of our after hours staffers.

Shannon Salazar – RN Clinical Manager

Shannon joined our agency in 2013 as a Registered Nurse and began providing in home nursing for one of our clients. Shannon is a graduate of the Santa Rosa Junior College Nursing Program and has worked for medical office as an office nurse.  In 2018, she was promoted to our clinical manager and assists with overall supervision of our clinical programs with compassion and caring.

Sherri Guinn – Accounting Manager

Sherri joined our agency in 1999 until 2003 when she went out to pursue another position. She returned to join us in 2008 and has continued in the role of Accounting Manager since. She is responsible for the overall financials and allocations. She works closely with Long Term Care Insurances to advocate for our clients and obtain payments. She is always available to our clients to explain the billing, provide statements or assist with answering their questions.
