We provide New Grad LVN’s & RN’s a 6 month Preceptorship program in our Licensed Home Care Agency providing home care services that can lead to a transition with us in hospital nursing.
At Home Nursing Services is a licensed Home Health Agency looking for more compassionate LVN’s wanting experience, or a career, in home care. We provide services in homes around Sonoma County to medically fragile babies, children, young adults & some developmentally delayed Adults.

New Grads are welcome to enter our training program which requires a 6 month commitment. We will mentor you & then can transition you into facility nursing through our Registry. We have partnered with a local Senior Facility to be able to transition you into hospital nursing if you desire.
We are scheduling interviews for our Full Time positions as well as our Part Time needs.
Requirements:
- Valid California LVN license
- 6 mo. of clinical experience
- BLS/ CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Car insurance
- Social Security Card/ Employment Authorization card
- Must pass criminal background check, finger printing, & drug test (which is covered by the company)
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID
